This is a very fulfilling tour plan that includes a drift ice walk, an Abashiri drift ice boat ride, and a mini-walk along the Betsukai ice horizon.

Day 1 Accommodation: Lake Akan Onsen, Day 2: Shiretoko Utoro Onsen

A shuttle bus is available from Kushiro Airport or Kushiro Station to Nakashibetsu Airport.

Departing from Kushiro Airport or JR Kushiro Station, enjoy the stunning scenery of the vast frozen sea, experience the Notsuke Peninsula Ice Horizon Walk, and encounter the frost flower displays of ice on the white Lake Akan—all unique experiences available only during this season. This Eastern Hokkaido winter experience, returning to Nakashibetsu Airport, includes two nights of accommodation, bus transportation, a frost flower viewing experience, a ride on the drift ice boat Aurora, and a mini-walk along the ice horizon.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 21 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 20-8 days (including the 8th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-2 days (including the 2nd day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 40% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund may be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your participation, in which case no payment will be deducted.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
