Cancellations made 21 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a $300 handling fee.
Cancellations made 11-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made 6-10 days (including the 10th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.
Cancellations made 4-5 days (including the 5th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 90% handling fee.
Cancellations made within 3 days (including the day of the trip) are not eligible for a refund.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
If rescheduling is requested due to personal reasons, advance notice is required. Once the rescheduling is requested, no further cancellations or refunds will be granted for any reason (including wind and waves, epidemics, etc.). The company reserves the right to decide whether to approve the postponement.
If the company approves the postponement, the applicant must pay the remaining food, deposit, and personnel expenses for the previous event. This varies depending on the event. Failure to pay these amounts will be deemed a waiver of the individual's right to postpone, and the cancellation policy above will apply.
Rescheduling will not be accepted within 10 days of the event. Failure to request a rescheduling within the deadline will be deemed a cancellation, and the cancellation policy above will apply.
If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
