Two-Day Tour to Pingtung's Hayou River Hot Springs | Depart from Kaohsiung, Stay at Wutai Tribe

[ Important Information for Application & Registration for the Hayu River Tour]
． To successfully complete the Hayu River tour application and reservation process, registration must be completed 45 days in advance. Please complete the participant information immediately after booking. Failure to complete this will be deemed as a waiver and disqualification, and no refund will be given. Please agree to this before registering.
． Applications for the Hayu River tour are open monthly (e.g., December 1st, January 1st to January 31st). Therefore, even after successfully registering, confirmation of application approval for the Hayu River tour will still be required at the beginning of each month before confirmation of your trip. Please wait for email notification of your group's completion.
． After the Hayu River online application is confirmed to be complete, to avoid misunderstandings regarding information changes and to maintain fairness, no changes, cancellations, or replacements will be permitted. If cancellation is necessary for any reason, cancellations made 8 days in advance will result in a 50% deduction. Cancellations made within 7 days (inclusive) will not be refunded. Please ensure you accept this before registering.

． Please note!! Do not register through other registration channels (including travel agencies). If duplicate registrations result in your application being denied for the Hayu Creek, you will not be able to cancel or refund. Please agree to this before registering.

． If you do not secure a spot on the Hayu Creek cruise and you decide not to schedule another date, you will cancel and refund your reservation. A 50 yuan administrative fee will be deducted per person, and the remaining amount will be fully refunded. If you postpone your reservation to another date, no fees will be deducted.

． Singles are welcome to register. The itinerary is primarily nine-seater, with a minimum of seven people per vehicle. Once a spot on the Hayu Creek cruise is approved, you can apply. Once your application is approved, you can travel. If insufficient numbers are available after the registration deadline, we will notify you and offer to reschedule or cancel with a full refund.

. After the trip is confirmed, if cancellations are due to force majeure, such as typhoon warnings, heavy rains, or epidemic alerts, we will deduct a $150 administrative fee per person for all cancellations and refunds. No fees will be deducted for postponements to other dates. (We hope that participants will understand and appreciate the hard work our staff has put in during this period of preparation.)

. If the trip is cancelled during departure due to weather conditions, road disruptions, or other emergencies, no refunds will be given.

. All scheduled itineraries are billed as a package. Individuals who do not use or participate will be deemed to have waived their participation and will not receive a discount.

. Participation in this group activity is a collective effort and mutual support. Individuals who are prone to tardiness, complaining, or are withdrawn to the point of isolation are not welcome to participate.
If you are prone to individualism, constantly wanting to contradict the tour leader, constantly trying to break away from the leader's control, unwilling to cooperate with the leader's instructions, dissatisfied with everything, and possessing strong personal opinions, please do not sign up.

[Hayuxi Tour Participation Instructions]

Official Age Range: 15-75. The Hayuxi Wild Stream Hot Springs Route is not a popular tour. Along the way, there will be bumpy creekbed rides by off-road vehicle and a 60-90 minute hike up the river. The entire six-hour tour must be completed independently. Please assess your physical and leg strength. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy, mobility impairments, or pregnant women who are unsuitable for stimulating activities and trekking are not recommended.

Transportation will primarily be by 9-seater or minibus.
Due to limited room availability at the tribe's guesthouse, accommodations are based on group rooms (six-person dormitories, with men and women sleeping separately). Couples or couples who cannot accommodate this arrangement should not register.

Equipment required for the Hayu River trek: a simple backpack, sun hat, water bottle, river trekking shoes, and a helmet (provided by the tribe).

[Important again] You must bring your own river trekking shoes (see shoe style guide) when entering the Hayu River. You must bring your own! Your ID will be checked before entry. You will not be allowed entry without your ID or river trekking shoes.
