*Valid from July 13, 2024 to October 13, 2024 (bus reservations open May 1, 2024)
*You must make a reservation for your desired bus before boarding. (Reservation Required)
*Please make your bus reservation at least five days in advance. If seats are available, you can make a reservation up to 5:00 PM two days before boarding.

Cancellation Clauses
Cancellations made 11 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 8-10 days (including the 10th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.
Cancellations made 2-7 days (including the 7th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.
Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 40% handling fee.
Cancellations made on or after the start of the trip will not receive a refund.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
If a participant cancels their participation in the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Tripbaa will proactively notify you of a postponement or refund.
