The average slope of the beginner slope is only 7 degrees, making it perfect for families. Furthermore, the ski resort offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced trails to suit all levels! Travel Notes

1. Tours run from December 1, 2023, to February 24, 2024, with daily departures.
2. For private ski/snowboard instruction, please book in advance. Same-day bookings are not accepted.
3. Children under 36 months old are free of charge. (Meals, seats, and entrance fees are not provided to children who are free of charge.)
4. The minimum ski gear size is 17cm (foot length) for skis and 21cm (foot length) for snowboards. Children under 3 years old who wish to ski can inquire with the tour guide on site to confirm the minimum gear size. If applicable, payment will be made on site.
5. Ski clothing and equipment are required for entry to the ski resort. Free children and non-skiers will be required to wait outside the resort due to lack of clothing and equipment.
6. Each ski instructor can teach a maximum of 15-17 students.
7. Traffic conditions are difficult to predict, so the above itinerary may be adjusted based on on-site conditions.
8. The lift pass for skiing is valid for unlimited use within 4 hours on the same day. It is recommended to use it after the skiing course on the first day to help you quickly master your skiing skills.

* To ensure fairness to all guests, it is your responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be entertained, and our staff are not responsible for notifying or waiting for you. If a guest is unable to arrive on time due to personal reasons, we will not refund any tour fees. Please note this.
* Due to frequent traffic congestion in South Korea, we strongly recommend that guests avoid arriving in Korea on the first day or returning to their home country on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or missing their flight.

* If the meeting time remains unchanged, guests are requested to arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled in the itinerary. No further individual contact will be made before departure. However, if the meeting time is changed, the tour guide will contact guests via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one to two days before departure. Please be sure to respond to this message.
* All our tour buses are insured with comprehensive insurance specified by the Korean government. However, we recommend that guests purchase their own travel insurance for more comprehensive coverage. Because skiing is a high-risk sport, guests must purchase travel insurance with relevant coverage to ensure their safety.

* If any unexpected incident occurs during the trip, the company will do its best to assist. However, the company will not be held responsible for any injuries or deaths caused by unforeseen circumstances. Please note.

Cancellation Clauses

This tour offers two cancellation policies:

Early Bird Skiing Cancellation Policy

This <Early Bird Offer> tour cannot be cancelled or rescheduled after the order and payment are completed or the application is approved.

・Departure will continue on snowy days, unless there is a blizzard. In the event of inclement weather, a rescheduled date or a full refund will be arranged.

・If the tour cannot be completed due to insufficient number of participants or an emergency situation on the part of the travel agency, a full refund will be issued.

・No refund will be given if the tour cannot be completed due to traffic conditions on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy for Ski Activities During the General Period

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the start of the trip will be refunded, minus a TWD200 handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to the start of the trip will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip or 1-6 days prior to the start of the trip are not accepted.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.

If a participant cancels their participation in the activity due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.

If force majeure occurs due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, Tripbaa will proactively notify you of a postponement or refund.

If you request a rescheduling request due to personal reasons, it will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
