Follow a professional alpine guide as you camp by the mist-shrouded alpine lake and spend a night under the starry sky. No need to bring your own tent or sleeping bag, and the included groceries (dinner and breakfast) are provided. As time permits, you can slowly savor the beauty of the mountains and forests.

Songluo Lake, nestled amidst the majestic peaks of the Snow Mountain Range, sits at an elevation of approximately 1,300 meters. Normally, the lake is shrouded in a veil-like layer of mist, like a shy young girl, dreamlike and elusive, never allowing for a full view. The pure, ethereal, and enchanting scenery, reminiscent of a fairyland, has earned it the nickname "Dream Lake" or "Seventeen-Year-Old Lake." Surrounded by mountains, it forms a small basin, and the surrounding hilltops are home to a rich mix of mixed woods and broadleaf conifers, creating a diverse forest landscape.

Songluo Lake is at its peak from October to April, offering breathtaking views of the shimmering waters and breathtaking mountain scenery. The remaining months, while less flooded, offer breathtaking views of winding streams and lush greenery. The climb to Songluo Lake isn't too difficult, but be prepared for some muddy terrain. The 10.8-kilometer round trip is challenging, not a leisurely stroll. It requires considerable fitness and is not suitable for those who don't exercise regularly.

Registration Instructions
． This Songluo Lake Hiking and Camping Tour has an age limit of 18 years and up to 60 years and up.
． Please complete your participant information as soon as possible during booking to complete registration. Please ensure you include an "emergency contact" and that this person cannot be a fellow traveler. Please also note that "Mountain climbing experience" requires you to include "mountains climbed within the past two years."
． Please be honest about any medical or chronic conditions so we can assess your suitability for the hike and avoid any potential dangers.
． This tour will be confirmed within three business days after the registration deadline (14 days prior to departure) and will be notified by email. A list of equipment and precautions required for the Songluo Lake Hiking and Camping Tour will also be provided. If the group cannot be formed due to insufficient number of participants, rescheduling or a full refund is available.

． In the event of force majeure on the day of departure, the guide reserves the right to change the itinerary and refund the fee after deducting necessary expenses. No refunds or postponements will be granted due to personal reasons.

Itinerary Description
． The Songluo Lake Hiking and Camping Tour provides free utilities (gas, cooking utensils), groceries (breakfast and dinner), tents, and sleeping bags.
． Vegetarians on this tour will primarily use pot-side vegetarian dishes. We understand that mountain ingredients may be difficult to obtain.
． Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will be deemed as forfeiture and no refunds will be given.
． The guide schedule for this tour is subject to change based on the group's availability, weather conditions, and other factors.
． During the trip, please pay attention to safety and follow the instructions of the team leader or guide. Any unauthorized risky actions or leaving the group are strictly prohibited. As outdoor sports are inherently dangerous and unpredictable, participants are fully responsible for their own actions and the consequences.

If force majeure occurs on the day of departure, the guide reserves the right to change the departure schedule and refund the fee after deducting necessary expenses. If personal factors affect participation, no refunds or postponements will be granted.

If a companion encounters a life-threatening situation during the trip, the entire team will retreat together without objection. Furthermore, since mountaineering teams are legally considered a "community of risk," the entire team must retreat together.

b. The in-person and online classes will be held simultaneously. The in-person class will be located at a 6-minute walk from Banqiao MRT Station.

c. The course is open only to members of the group that registered for the event and is by appointment only.

This tour fee does not include daily lunch and personal rations (please bring your own), sleeping mat (please bring your own), any other expenses not specified in this itinerary, any self-paid expenses or any expenses incurred by the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Once the application is completed, no replacements will be made.

Cancellations or postponements due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations, and the following cancellation terms will apply:

Cancellations made 15-35 days (including the 35th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to a 40% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-14 days (including the 14th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to a 60% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3-6 days (including the 6th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the start of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. Participants may choose to reschedule their participation or receive a refund after deducting necessary expenses.

If participation is cancelled during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
