▲ Baptism Before the Secret Trail

Take a shuttle bus to the Yongling Mountain sacrificial site, approximately 900 meters above sea level. Led by a tribal member, we perform a ritual with water, corn, and sincere communication with local ancestral spirits, respecting local culture. We then hike along the mountain's wildlife trails, experiencing the hunter's forest culture and participating in an archery and spear-throwing competition. Along the way, we enjoy a phytoncid-infused bath of cleansing energy. A shout before exiting the mountain signals our baptism is complete, and the secret realm is within reach!

The table is based on the eight main ingredients that Hu Mingzhi and Wang Meihua used to eat as children, reflecting on their father and the lifestyle of their tribe. They categorize the ingredients into eight main ingredients, specifically named the Eight-Part Harmony Meal in Memory of Their Father. This Eight-Part Harmony Meal was also awarded the third Taitung Slow Food Championship. Under the guidance of A-Mei Chef Chen Yaozhong, we collaborated with our workshop chef, Wang Meihua, to create a new presentation. During the meal, the stories of the dishes are introduced, and the vast view of the earth is accompanied, which makes people feel relaxed physically, mentally and spiritually. Therefore, it is renamed the Happy Meal. We hope that friends who have eaten here will have a full sense of happiness in the future!
