Travel Notes

This tour is open to participants aged 10 and above and under 65 years old in good health. Minors must be accompanied by their parents at all times. Riders are recommended to be at least 135 cm tall. Those with asthma, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, knee injuries, or physical limitations are advised not to participate.

This tour is subject to change based on factors such as the number of participants, events, or weather conditions, without prior notice.

Passengers agree that any injuries or other bodily harm caused by a fall will be covered by their insurance. Damage or loss to the bicycle will be the responsibility of the user and not the organizer. Please do not participate if you do not agree.

A rain gear package will be provided, including a lightweight raincoat. In the event of heavy rain, the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly. This tour is suitable for first-time cyclists.

Pre-trip precautions and contact information will be announced prior to departure. Please stay tuned for further information.

Please meet on time on the day. No refunds will be given if a participant is separated from the group or cannot meet up due to personal reasons.

• Participants are kindly requested to adhere to the planned route and refrain from deviating from it. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any traffic accidents or incidents resulting from deviations from the planned route; participants will be solely responsible.

• If the tour is unable to form due to insufficient numbers or cancellations due to force majeure, we will notify you prior to the trip and reschedule or refund the tour fee after deducting necessary expenses.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 8 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-7 days (including the 7th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the booking fee before the refund. Alternatively, the participant can choose to reschedule the event, in which case no refund will be made.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
