Riding an electric bike is very labor-saving. At just the right speed, follow the local leading team to shuttle through the slow city and explore the small town food and local scenery.

In Fenglin, you'll often see snail-shaped landscapes representing the slow pace of life in the international "City of Slowness" and the inscription "Sunny Farm, Rainy Study" ("sunny farming, rainy studying"), representing the Hakka people's diligence and love of learning. Take a bicycle tour of the Principal's Dream Factory, a town with the highest density of elementary school principals in Taiwan. Also on the tour are the Jingzi Pavilion, a guided tour of the Fenglin Cigarette Tower, the Lintian Siphon Canal, and the beautiful peanuts designed with the aesthetics of returning travelers. Experience these unique local attractions and delicacies by bike and gain a deeper understanding of the charm of Fenglin's "City of Slowness."

Travel Notes

This tour is open to participants aged 10 and above and under 65 years old in good health. Minors must be accompanied by their parents at all times. Riders are recommended to be at least 135 cm tall. Those with asthma, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, knee injuries, or physical limitations are advised not to participate.

This tour is subject to change based on factors such as the number of participants, events, or weather conditions, without prior notice.

Passengers agree that any injuries or other bodily harm caused by a fall will be covered by their insurance. Damage or loss to the bicycle will be the responsibility of the user and not the organizer. Please do not participate if you do not agree.

A rain gear package will be provided, including a lightweight raincoat. In the event of heavy rain, the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly. This tour is suitable for first-time cyclists.

Pre-trip precautions and contact information will be announced prior to departure. Please stay tuned for further information.

Please meet on time on the day. No refunds will be given if a participant is separated from the group or cannot meet up due to personal reasons.

• Participants are kindly requested to adhere to the planned route and refrain from deviating from it. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any traffic accidents or incidents resulting from deviations from the planned route; participants will be solely responsible.

• If the tour is unable to form due to insufficient numbers or cancellations due to force majeure, we will notify you prior to the trip and reschedule or refund the tour fee after deducting necessary expenses.

The cost includes:

- Scenic spot guides
- Travel industry liability insurance (NT$2 million accidental death and NT$200,000 accidental injury medical coverage)

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days (including the 10th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-9 days (including the 7th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 60% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 2nd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 70% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day before the start of the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the start day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your event, in which case no payment will be deducted.

If a request to reschedule is made due to personal reasons, it will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
