The Nebuta Festival (Nebuta Matsuri) is a summer festival designated as an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Japan. Over a dozen beautifully painted, large floats (the largest measuring 9 meters long, 7 meters wide, 5 meters high, and weighing 4 tons) parade through the city of Aomori, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere!

We will be staying at the Yamato Roynet Hotel Aomori, which opened in October 2018. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from JR Aomori Station.

2023 Aomori Nebuta Festival in Tohoku, Japan (Paid Spectator Seats/Dancing Experience + One Night's Accommodation/Breakfast)

Day 1: 14:00～17:30 Check-in Please check-in by yourself before 17:30 at the latest.

Please present your reservation confirmation at the check-in counter when checking in. After checking in, you are free to move around.

18:30～18:40 Meet at the hotel lobby

Please show your reservation confirmation with your name on it to the staff holding a "SUNRISE TOURS" banner.

Local Japanese-speaking staff will guide you to the viewing area on foot. Eating and drinking are available in the viewing area.

Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund (a $200 handling fee will be charged per order).
Cancellations made 7-13 days (including the 7th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.
Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 40% handling fee.
Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) before the start of the trip will not receive a refund.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
No refunds will be given if participants cancel their participation due to reasons not attributable to the organizer.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Tripbaa will proactively notify you of a postponement or refund.
A $200 handling fee will be charged for each refund.
