The Orca is a semi-submersible boat that can accommodate 160 people, with an observation deck accommodating up to 80. The underwater viewing experience aboard the Orca is unlike anything you'll experience at an aquarium. The clarity of Okinawa's waters and the variety of fish are among the best in the world. Aboard the Orca, you can admire Okinawa's unique tropical fish and beautiful coral reefs, making you feel like you're right under the sea.

- This tour has a maximum capacity of 10 people and is open to all ages 0 and older.
- Due to weather conditions, the tour may not depart the port on the day of departure. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- For those who are prone to seasickness, please bring your own seasickness medication.
- If there are a large number of passengers on the day, we may arrange to enter the observation room in batches for safety reasons.
- Cancellations due to force majeure such as typhoons or storms will receive a full refund.
- Due to unpredictable weather and sea conditions (e.g., strong waves resulting in unstable boats, poor visibility, etc.), we may notify you that boarding is unsuitable only after you arrive at the venue. At that time, you will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Getting There

- West Marine, Naha Port Passenger Reception Area. Please arrive 20 minutes early at the meeting point. Paid parking is available, 210 yen for the first hour and 110 yen for each additional hour.
