[Booking Instructions]
． This activity is recommended for participants aged 8 to 60 years old and in good health. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent and cannot ride alone per board.
． Participants weighing over 90kg are advised to sign up for other water activities due to water safety concerns.
． When two people share a board, the total weight must not exceed 145kg
． For the two-person-per-board plan, please book in even numbers; odd-numbered guests will not be accepted.
． Please refrain from participating if you have a cardiovascular or chronic health condition such as asthma, are pregnant, have a knee injury, or are otherwise physically challenged.
． The ocean SUP experience requires considerable physical effort, so please carefully assess your own abilities.
． Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the activity. Latecomers will not be accepted.
． The tour operates on a group basis. Once the instructor and group members have left the shore, latecomers will not be allowed to join the tour, and no refunds will be given. Please be especially careful not to be late to avoid any consequences.

． Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome to join the tour at no additional charge. Please select the number of pets you wish to bring with you when booking so we can arrange arrangements.
． Please bring your own life jacket and leash for your pet. This activity does not include insurance coverage for pets. Please independently assess the safety of your pet and whether it is suitable for water activities.
． If you do not wish to have photos taken during the tour published online, please inform the instructor taking the photos.
． Even non-swimmers are welcome to register. Each person will be provided with a life jacket before entering the water, which should be worn properly. The jacket should be buoyant enough to keep you above the shoulders above the surface in the event of a fall.
． All activities are insured. Please follow the instructor's instructions during the experience. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of the activity for the safety of both parties and no refund will be given.
Water activities are subject to weather conditions. Instructors may modify the itinerary based on actual wind and hydrological conditions at the time of departure. If weather conditions deteriorate, the trip may be canceled mid-trip. Please do not participate if you cannot accept unforeseen changes to the itinerary.
To ensure a safe and smooth operation, all groups must arrive and depart according to the instructions of the tour leader and instructor. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents resulting from detaching from the group or ignoring instructions.
If the sea conditions are unfavorable on the day of participation, we reserve the right to cancel the activity before you even start diving. You may choose to postpone your trip (for that year only) or receive a refund, minus a NT$100 insurance administration fee.
If the weather changes during the activity, the instructor may, at their discretion, cancel the activity and offer you a chance to make up the hours on a later date. No refund will be given after you have already started diving.

Cancellation Clauses
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the trip (including the 7th day) will not be refunded.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be made to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
If the weather forecast is favorable but the water conditions on the day of the trip are clearly unsuitable for swimming, the event will be canceled and a full refund will be made after deducting insurance and administrative fees.
If sea conditions deteriorate midway during the voyage and the voyage is altered or terminated for safety reasons, no refund will be given.
If you wish to change your event schedule due to personal reasons, you must notify us in advance. You may reschedule once, and your reservation must be used up within the current year.
Rescheduling within 7 days of the event will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
Getting There
We recommend driving. (Because the meeting point is difficult to clearly mark, we will contact you to confirm the check-in point before the event.)
If you take the train to Gongliao Railway Station, you can transfer to a taxi.
Or, you can take bus F838/F837 from the Gongliao Railway Station bus stop, get off at Aodi Miaokou stop, and then walk 850 meters to your destination.
If you take the train to Fulong Railway Station, you can transfer to a taxi.
Or, you can take bus 791 from the Fulong bus stop, get off at Mazu Temple stop, and then walk 900 meters to your destination.
Or, you can rent an electric bicycle and ride along the Longmen Yanliao bike path to the meeting point, enjoying the scenery as you arrive (approximately 6.2 kilometers one way).
