South Korea's largest K-Pop concert. This is the 29th Dream Concert, previously held in Seoul, but now taking place at the Busan Asiad Sports Complex to support Busan's bid for the 2030 World Expo. Busan's newest hotspot for 2023! Wander around the Baeksang Culture Village and enjoy the local shops, cafes, and alleyways. Enjoy stunning views of Namhang Bridge and Songdo Island. And of course, don't miss the Haeundae Blue Line Park Sky Capsule Train! Take in the breathtaking views of Busan's azure sky and sea!

▲Baeksang Culture Village

The filming location for the Korean variety shows "Infinite Challenge," "The Return of Superman," and the Korean film "The Advocate." Originally a refuge for many refugees during the Korean War, the Baeksang Culture Village gradually blossomed. Now transformed into a cultural community, it's one of Busan's most iconic cultural spaces.

Located in the Mipo-Cheongsapo-Songjeong section of Haeundae, this 4.8-kilometer-long, renovated former railway line became a sensation nationwide upon its trial operation in October 2020. It's a must-do for both Busan locals and Koreans visiting Busan. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes each way, offering sweeping views of Busan's ocean.

Travel Notes

– 2023 Dream Concert tickets are non-transferable.
– 2023 Dream Concert tickets are for foreigners only and require the presentation of your passport in person.
– Please provide your passport information when registering and redeem your ticket. Your ID will be verified at the ticket exchange booth before you can redeem your ticket.
– 2023 Dream Concert tickets are for designated seats on the first floor in front of the stage area. Any changes will be subject to the Korea Tourism Organization's actual ticket allocation.
– This performance will be livestreamed, so some seats may be obstructed due to camera footage. Please understand.
– After the closing time, you may not be able to enter or your seat may be changed.
– For safe viewing, food and drink, other than drinking water, is prohibited in the audience seats.
– Tripods and large cameras that obstruct the view of others may be stopped by security personnel.
– 2023 Dream Concert information will be updated continuously.

Current Regulations and Information for Entering South Korea

– Starting June 8, 2022, all travelers entering from overseas will be exempt from quarantine.
– Starting October 1, 2022, PCR testing will no longer be required for entry into South Korea.
– From April 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024, travelers holding Republic of China passports are exempt from applying for a K-ETA due to the "Visit Korea Year."
– Before entering South Korea, travelers must still enter their personal information using the Korea Entry Quarantine Information Pre-filling System (Q-code).
