▲ A collaboration between Japan's traditional art form "fireworks" and Okinawa's "nature and culture." The Ryukyu Sea Fire Festival, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2023, has this year's theme as "Japan's First Touching Summer." It fuses summer fireworks with Okinawan music and culture to create a richly original and largest-scale art festival. Every April, people from all over Japan and international tourists gather in Okinawa!

Travel Notes

- This tour is conducted by Japanese-speaking staff only. No Chinese-speaking staff are available. Please note that this tour is a sightseeing boat tour and does not have assigned seats. You must sit on benches or on the floor.
- Passengers who have reserved seats on the second floor (upper deck) will be seated on the first floor. Upon arrival at the fireworks viewing point, you will be escorted to your second-floor seat.
- The fireworks display will be launched at the scheduled time. The start and end times are subject to change.
- Depending on the launch time and the conditions of the day, docking times may be delayed.
- For safety reasons, the fireworks viewing point will be determined by the captain on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- Depending on wind direction, you may be splashed with water. Please prepare waterproof clothing.
- If you are prone to seasickness, please take anti-seasickness medication.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women are not recommended.
- Please do not wear high heels on board.
- The activity may be canceled or the schedule may be changed due to weather conditions. - The fireworks display may be canceled or postponed due to inclement weather.
- If the fireworks display is postponed to the same time the following day due to weather conditions, please keep your reservation.
- Winds can be strong at night at the beach, so please bring warm clothing.
- One soft drink per person will be provided on board. We recommend bringing your own water and a simple snack (such as rice balls).
- Please do not bring a cooler.
- The event will proceed even in rain, unless there are severe weather conditions such as strong winds. Please check the Ryukyu Kaien Festival official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ryukyukaiensai) on the day of the event.
- Parking is available at Naha Miejo Port for 500 yen all day.
- Parking will be limited due to heavy traffic on the day of the event, so we recommend using public transportation.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellation Policy for Local Day Tours in Japan

Cancellations made 12 days or more before the selected itinerary date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 8 and 11 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 1 and 2 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 0 and 10 days before the start of the itinerary will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
