・The tour price includes tips for the local driver and guide, meals listed in the itinerary, entrance fees, and round-trip transportation.
・Departures will continue even if it rains. If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other natural factors, the company will arrange a rescheduling or refund the tour price.
・The minimum number of participants per tour is 8. If the guest does not meet the minimum number and wishes to travel on a private tour, additional fees will apply.
・Itinerary attractions and meal times may be adjusted based on traffic conditions on the day of departure. If a tourist attraction is closed or undergoes maintenance on the day of departure, the company will not refund the fee.
・Children aged 3 and over are charged the adult price. Children under 36 months old who do not occupy a seat are exempt from the adult price. Additional fees for special experiences, etc., must be paid on-site in Korean won. (Children traveling for free will not be provided with meals, seats, or admission tickets.)

The Gangchon Kim Yu-jeong Rail Bike ride is designed for four people per bike. The tour guide will allocate bikes based on the number of people on the day.

If you require a separate four-person bike, please select the designated bike surcharge when booking. If you do not specify, we will allocate a bike based on the number of people on the day.

Flower blooms may be affected by weather. The departure date is the optimal time for viewing flowers. If the blooms are not ideal on the departure date, the company will not be held responsible and will not provide any refunds.

If the itinerary and meeting time are changed, the company will notify guests via messaging app or email.

It is the guests' responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated. Latecomers will be considered absent and no refunds will be given.
