- Kaiseki and sushi restaurants cannot accommodate seafood allergies; please inform us in advance.
- Children aged 12 and over must book the same set menu as the adults.
- Groups must book the same set menu.
- Please dress appropriately; avoid casual attire (e.g., flip-flops, shorts, etc.).
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
- Guests are solely responsible for any losses and consequences resulting from inaccurate reservation information (including but not limited to discrepancies between the number of guests reserved and the actual number of guests, failure to provide the number and ages of minors), or failure to adhere to Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to loud noises, fighting, smoking, excessive drinking, livestreaming, or other activities that may disrupt the dining experience of others).
