Alishan Mianyue Line One-Day Solo Expedition | The Lost Secret of the Forest Railway

- Recommended age: 12 years old to 65 years old. Minors must be accompanied by their parents at all times.
- Applications for the Alishan Mianyue Line entrance permit are drawn 30 days before the entry date. Please complete your registration 35 days in advance.
- To enter the Mianyue Line, you must apply for a permit to the Taiwan Orchid Nature Reserve. This Mianyue Line solo itinerary includes this application process. To ensure a smooth application process for the Mianyue Line, please complete your participant information immediately after booking. Failure to complete this application will result in your cancellation and disqualification, and a cancellation fee will be charged according to the relevant regulations. Please agree to this before registering.
- Emergency contact information must be provided in your passenger information. This person cannot be a traveling companion.
- Once your Mianyue Line permit application has been successfully drawn and reviewed, no changes to the list or additions to the participant list will be accepted. Please pay special attention to the accuracy of the name list provided during registration.
- A Line group will be established the week of departure for easy communication. Please watch for text messages or email notifications.
- Lunch will be served in the mountains. Please prepare your own food (e.g., bread, dried meat, digestive biscuits, bacon, etc.) for easy portability and immediate consumption.
- Hiking activities are potentially dangerous. By registering, you acknowledge the potential for unexpected events and assume responsibility for yourself (including personal valuables). Please proactively inform your family of the itinerary and precautions.
- During the trip, please be vigilant and follow the instructions of the tour leader or guide. Unauthorized risk-taking and leaving the group are strictly prohibited. Due to the inherent dangers and unpredictability of outdoor activities, participants bear full responsibility for their own actions and consequences.
- The company reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary due to inclement weather or force majeure. If the tour leader decides to withdraw for safety reasons during the trip, all participants must comply.
- Participants should carefully assess their physical fitness and health. We recommend that you assess your physical condition before registering.
- Participants must bring their own rain gear and wear hiking boots or athletic shoes. Instructors or guides reserve the right to refuse to lead participants if they do not have the necessary equipment, and no refund will be given.
- Participants who withdraw due to personal reasons (such as unexpected events, physical exhaustion, or altitude sickness) will be responsible for all expenses incurred (such as food, accommodation, and transportation) and will not be eligible for a refund for any uncompleted activities.
- One-third of the days in Taiwan rain, and the outdoor environment is inherently changeable. Rain is therefore normal, so raincoats and rain pants are essential hiking equipment. Participants agree not to cancel the trip due to rain. If a participant cancels the trip due to personal reasons, no refund will be given.
