[Meet-up Instructions]
. Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Please confirm the license plate number and driver's information before boarding.
. Please send your driver's information, license plate number, and other meeting contact information via text message or social media (LINE/WECHAT) the day before departure.
. To facilitate customer service contact, please confirm that your phone has international roaming or instant messaging service.
. If you use LINE/WECHAT, please ensure that you can invite friends and receive stranger messages.
– Airport Drop-off Service
. Please provide a designated location at the time of booking. The designated location can be a hotel, guesthouse, or tourist attraction in downtown Seoul. Only one pick-up point is allowed. Additional charges may apply for multiple pick-up points.
. Seoul city areas include Hongdae, Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, Jongno, and Yeongdeungpo.
– Airport Pick-up Service
. When booking your airport pickup service, you can select your flight number. The driver will use this flight number to track your flight arrival and estimate your estimated customs clearance time.
The driver's waiting time for pickup is 90 minutes from the flight arrival time stated on your confirmation email. Failure to arrive at the designated pickup location will be deemed as a waiver of the ride, and the driver will depart without further notice.
If your pickup time is delayed due to other factors, please contact us via LINE/WeChat/WhatsApp. Any extended waiting time will incur an overtime fee of KRW 20,000 per hour.

Prices vary depending on the company and time of day or night, so please note the time of day when booking.
For airport drop-off service, we recommend booking your time slot 3 hours before your flight departure.
Children over 36 months old also occupy a seat and must be counted as part of the passenger count.
Child seats are not provided free of charge for airport transfers and must be purchased separately.
The standard luggage size is 28 inches. Strollers and wheelchairs are each one piece of luggage.
Please accurately indicate the number and size of your luggage to avoid any unaccommodated items.
Vehicle arrangements may vary depending on the number of passengers and availability. We cannot specify a specific vehicle brand.
For reservations of 8-14 people, we recommend booking a 1-6 passenger vehicle (two 1-6 passenger vehicles will be allocated).
If you would like to request a SOLATI vehicle, the price will be higher and an additional quote will be required. Please contact customer service. (A 15-seater luxury van can accommodate 10 passengers + 15 pieces of luggage)
[Registration Instructions]
– Please provide the following information in the order form after placing your order:
◆ Please include your English name (passport name) if possible.
◆ Flight information (flight number) (Select either airport drop-off or airport pick-up).
◆ If a meeting time is not specified, the driver will arrive at the meeting point based on the flight's arrival time.
◆ Designated location (hotel name or designated location address).
◆ Messaging app/SNS (LINE/WhatsApp/WeChat ID).
◆ If your pick-up service is booked for a different time than your flight, please indicate this in the "Notes" field. (For example, if you plan to arrive at the airport early or plan to meet you after customs clearance.)
Tour Pricing
The cost includes:
Seoul Incheon Airport Transfer | One-way airport transfer from Incheon Airport to designated locations in downtown Seoul or to Incheon Airport.
Seoul Incheon Airport Transfer | One piece of 28-inch luggage per person.
Seoul Incheon Airport Transfer | Vehicle fees, driving fees, fuel fees, tolls, and parking fees.
The cost does not include:
Seoul Incheon Airport Transfers | Personal insurance and other personal expenses not mentioned

Cancellation Clauses
Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the trip will be refunded, minus a TWD200 handling fee.
Cancellations made 4-9 days before the trip will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations cannot be made on the day of departure or 1-3 days prior to the trip.
No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
To cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during business hours.
Cancellations or changes made after 6:00 PM on weekdays or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If participation is cancelled due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
If force majeure such as natural disasters occurs, Tripbaa will proactively notify you of any postponement or refund.
If rescheduling is requested due to personal reasons, it will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
