Based on the Gallup Strengths Assessment, used by over 28 million people worldwide, this course helps you discover your talents and identify your most natural and effective ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Leveraging the instructor's flexible and diverse teaching techniques, participants will be guided through experience, communication, and dialogue, effectively leveraging their individual and team strengths to build a support system for a strengths-based team and integrate these strengths for effective collaboration.

After class, participants will develop a team strengths communication model, activate a strengths-based team culture, and implement individual action plans. This course effectively provides participants with practical tools for post-class implementation, monitors team performance growth, and extends learning outcomes to achieve practical results.

Travel Notes

- This event is designed for corporate groups of 15-30 people and is only available by group booking. Please fill out the "Event Request Form" and a specialist will assist you.
- The website fee is only for the event course and does not include expenses such as transportation, venue, and accommodation. The actual price quoted will be the sole criterion.
- This event can be held at a corporate office or designated venue.
- Please do not arrive late, leave without permission, or leave early on the day of the event.
- To maintain the quality of the event, video recording is prohibited without permission.

The cost includes:

- Lecturer fees
- Lecture notes and special teaching materials
- Administrative expenses

The cost does not include:

Gallup assessment fees (calculated according to the actual price on the official website), transportation, venue, accommodation, refreshments and other expenses not included.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 31 days prior to the start of a trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 11-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-10 days (including the 10th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days prior to the start of a trip (including the 1st day) will incur a 100% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip are non-refundable.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If the participant cancels the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days before the booking date will receive a 70% refund.

Cancellations made 7-9 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days before the booking date will receive a 40% refund.

Cancellations made 2-3 days before the scheduled date will receive a 30% refund.

Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled date will receive a 20% refund.

Cancellations made on the scheduled date will not receive a refund.
