Management is a science, leadership an art. Effectively exercising the leadership function of "leading people and managing affairs" to enhance team performance and achieve organizational goals is a manager's constant responsibility and challenge.

This program builds upon the 2-day, 14-hour edition of "The Six Management Functions of Leaders." In addition to general in-house training on management functions, it also incorporates the interactive and experiential element of "Team Building," a remote training program. This brings the serious management function topic to life, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of team performance management techniques.

Travel Notes

- This event is designed for corporate groups. A minimum of 20 participants is required, and only group bookings are accepted. Please fill out the "Event Request Form" and a specialist will assist you.
- The website fee is only for the event course and does not include transportation, venue, accommodation, and other expenses. The actual price will be determined by the quote.
- This event can be held at the company or designated venue.
- Please do not arrive late, leave without permission, or leave early on the day of the event.
- To maintain the quality of the event, video recording is prohibited without permission.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

- Lecturer fees
- Lecture notes and special teaching materials
- Administrative expenses

The cost does not include:

Transportation, venue, accommodation, refreshments and other expenses are not included.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 31 days prior to the start of a trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 11-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-10 days (including the 10th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days prior to the start of a trip (including the 1st day) will incur a 100% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip are non-refundable.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If the participant cancels the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days before the booking date will receive a 70% refund.

Cancellations made 7-9 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days before the booking date will receive a 40% refund.

Cancellations made 2-3 days before the scheduled date will receive a 30% refund.

Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled date will receive a 20% refund.

Cancellations made on the scheduled date will not receive a refund.
