Hear from local seafood experts about the fascinating stories of Jiukong, and experience firsthand the habitat of Gongliao abalone. From feeding abalone to grilling Jiukong, take a short journey from origin to table. Paired with a Gongliao specialty meal and a guided tour of the fishing village, it's a truly delicious combination.

Have you heard of Gongliao abalone? Do you know the difference between Jiukong and abalone? Fresh Food Shop's local seafood expert, Brother Li, will personally guide you through the growth process of abalone. Follow the seafood expert's steps, cautiously walk through Jiukong Pond, and experience the joy of feeding abalone. This is a Northeast Coast intertidal zone itinerary suitable for all ages.

▲ Aodi Fishing Village
Aodi is a significant location in Taiwan's modern history. Its salt hut was the site of the Japanese landing force and also the location where Wu Sha opened his land. Rich in marine resources, Aodi is a major seafood distribution center in the Northeast Coast. The old street leading to the fishing harbor still features some stone houses built of stone and coral reefs. The structural differences between these stone houses and those along the riverbanks are striking. We'll also take you to Aodi's hidden Rose Stone to appreciate the artistic atmosphere of the earth.

Travel Notes

- This tour is jointly organized by Quba Travel, Namigo Travel, Together Travel, and Big Island Taiwan.
- The minimum group size is 18 people. If the tour cannot be arranged, we will relocate the group to another date or itinerary. If this is not possible, a full refund will be given.
- Please meet on time on the day. No refund will be given if the tour departs or is unable to meet due to personal reasons.
- Parking is free on-site. Please arrange seat changes with fellow passengers on the day of departure.
- The itinerary may be adjusted based on the number of participants, events, or weather conditions. The tour will not be announced separately.
- For safety reasons, if the tour cannot be arranged due to inclement weather conditions, a 5% deduction will be made and the remaining amount will be refunded. Two days' notice will be given.
- The entire tour is a group tour. No departures or deviations from the route are permitted.
- Failure to use the included activities will be deemed a forfeiture and no refund will be given.
- The tour company reserves the right to amend or terminate this program.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 41 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 5% handling fee.

Cancellations made 31-40 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Refunds are not available on the start date of the trip.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
