- For the Kayak Experience + Dinner Package, you can choose your preferred time slot. The time slot selected on the website indicates the meal time. You can also select the kayaking time and number of people within the package.
- Meals are primarily provided on-site and may vary depending on the season. Photos are for illustrative purposes only.
- The kayaking experience is open to children aged 6 and over, and must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Non-swimmers are also welcome.
- During the kayaking experience, please follow the safety instructions of the professional instructor on shore and paddle within the designated safe area. Lifeguards are available on site.
- The kayaking experience is not suitable for those with serious medical conditions, cardiovascular disease, dizziness, vertigo, arthritis, or pregnant women.
- It is recommended to wear quick-drying or non-absorbent clothing for the kayaking experience. Those who are sun-conscious can wear light, long-sleeved shirts. Please bring your own clean clothing for easy access when disembarking or changing.
- After the kayaking experience, restrooms are provided for changing, but showers are not available.
- Please wear the provided safety gear at all times during the kayaking experience.
- Please avoid bringing valuables into the water, or place them in your own waterproof bag.
- For those with myopia, it is recommended to wear glasses or contact lenses when kayaking.
- If the kayaking experience is canceled due to weather conditions, the trip can be postponed. However, failure to show up on the day without reason will be deemed a forfeiture and no refund will be given.
