Travel Notes

- Children under 3 years old are exempt from the registration fee (and insurance is not included). They must be registered and supervised by an adult before they can travel with an adult.
- Pre-trip instructions and contact information will be notified 3 days prior to departure. Please check your member inbox.
- This itinerary is subject to change based on factors such as the number of participants, event dates, and weather conditions. The company will not announce this change.
- Please meet on time on the day of the activity. No refunds will be given if a participant is unable to meet up or is delayed due to personal reasons.
- Activity Schedule: If the group cannot be completed due to insufficient numbers, we will notify you before the trip and offer a rescheduled date or a full refund.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
