This half-day Chulu, Taitung tour offers a choice of two value-added activities: a rural gift gift or a Chulu Ranch admission ticket. Please select your desired value-added activity during registration.
- Choose the rural gift gift: You can pick it up on-site the day of the tour. The gift's contents will be determined by the organizer.
- Choose the Chulu Ranch admission ticket: The ticket must be used within the park's opening hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) on the day of the tour. It will be invalid after the expiration date.
- Choose the tea garden experience: You can choose to collect tea leaves, tea seeds, or camellia flowers. The actual experience content may vary depending on the season and the tea garden's current conditions.
- Vegetarian meals are available; please select this option when filling in the participant information during the booking process.
- Children under 5 years old will be charged a $100 insurance and administrative fee. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this tour.
- Pre-trip notes and contact information will be announced three days prior to departure. Please check your inbox.
- This itinerary is subject to change based on the number of participants, event schedules, weather conditions, and other factors. The company will not announce this separately.
- Please meet on time on the day of the activity. No refunds will be given if a participant is separated from the group or cannot meet up due to personal reasons.
- This tour requires only two adults to register, and the tour will be combined. If the participant is unable to complete the tour due to insufficient numbers, a rescheduling or full refund will be issued prior to departure.
- This tour is designed to help participants understand the tea industry and the passion of tea professionals, thereby supporting the sustainable development of the local tea industry. However, since tea is a native crop that cannot be completely restricted in its growth, adjustments to the experience will be made based on current circumstances and will be confirmed on-site before the tour is completed. If the participant cannot accept this option, please decline it on-site and contact customer service for further processing (refund or rescheduling). If the participant cannot accept the above information, please carefully consider the details before booking this tour.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 41 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 5% handling fee.

Cancellations made 31-40 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Refunds are not available on the start date of the trip.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
