Water biking is an easy-to-use activity for both children and adults. Enjoy the scenery along the Dongshan River while freely maneuvering your bike across a land bridge. You can also get up close and personal with trains from various angles, feeling the train's whistle and the thrill of the railway passing by! Instructors will patrol the river throughout the ride and help each visitor take photos for Instagram-worthy photos.

Travel Notes

[Booking Instructions]
． Children aged 3 and above are recommended to participate and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 3-4 must be carried on an adult's chest; children aged 5-7 can ride in the back seat.
． The Dongshan River Water Bike is not recommended for those with high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnant women, asthma, epilepsy, or other conditions that may be difficult to tolerate excessive stimulation.
． The Dongshan River Water Bike experience uses a two-person water bike. If there are an odd number of guests, they must be paired with the instructor or other guests in the same group.
． The Dongshan River Water Bike experience fee does not include the $30 Ecological Boat Park entrance and cleaning fee.

． Whether children can ride the boat will depend on the river conditions on the day, as determined by the instructor.
． The Dongshan River Water Cycling Experience is a group-based experience. Once the instructor and group members have left shore, latecomers will not be allowed to join the tour, and no refunds will be given. Please be especially careful not to be late to avoid any potential consequences.

During the Dongshan River Water Cycling Experience, please follow the instructor's instructions and do not leave the group or remove your life jacket. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by leaving the group or ignoring instructions.

In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, cancellation of the tour will be decided by 10:00 PM the day before departure, and notification will be sent via email at any time thereafter.

The cost includes:

The cost does not include:

Any expenses not specified in this itinerary, any self-funded expenses or any expenses arising from the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
