Travel Notes

This activity is designed for groups of 30 or more.

This price is for the activity only and does not include venue fees, which are charged separately. Please contact customer service for venue arrangements.

This activity can be held at a business or other venue outside of Taipei. However, if held outside of Taipei, round-trip transportation and relocation fees for the instructor and staff will be charged separately.

This is the price for the basic program. A 7-hour advanced program is also available. If you require this, please contact customer service for a custom design and quote.

Photography and filming will be taken during the course for future marketing purposes. Please inform the team in advance if you do not wish to be filmed. Thank you.

The cost includes:

- Lecturer Fees
- Teaching Assistant Fees
- Game Design Fees
- Level Props and Design Output
- Administrative Expenses

The cost does not include:

- Meals, transportation, and other expenses not specified
- Customized travel-related expenses
- Any other expenses incurred by the itinerary or at your own expense

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-13 days (including the 7th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made 0-3 days (including the day of the trip) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 100% handling fee.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be made after deducting any necessary expenses as a handling fee.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refunds will be given.
