Travel Notes

- This tour is recommended for ages 12 and older, as the trails are pristine and slippery.
- The Pingxi Ancient Trail is arranged (land route outbound, water route return). It is recommended to bring the necessary supplies (hat, river trekking shoes/rain boots, towel, etc.).
- Please bring your own personal medication (e.g., cold and stomach medicine).
- Mosquitoes are unavoidable in the wild, so if you are concerned about mosquito bites, please bring insect repellent or wear light-colored, thin, long-sleeved clothing.
- This tour is by appointment only on weekdays. Please contact your tour operator for registration.
- Pre-trip precautions and contact information will be announced before departure; please check your member inbox.
- The itinerary may be adjusted based on the number of participants, event dates, weather conditions, and other factors. The company will not announce this separately.
- Please meet on time on the day of the tour. No refunds will be given if you are unable to meet up or are separated from the group due to personal reasons.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

The cost does not include:

Any expenses not specified in this activity, any self-funded expenses or any expenses incurred in connection with the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Getting There

Please proceed to the meeting point on your own.
We recommend bringing your own car with you. The parking fee of NT$100 is payable by yourselves.
For those without a car, we can book a nine-seater car (NT$3,500 per day) or a taxi (NT$800 per trip). The fare will be split evenly.
