The cost includes:
- Transportation - One legal bus licensed within the past five years (includes driver's meals, tolls, gas, parking fees, and tips).
- Accommodation - Tents for 2-4 people (double bed + quilt, 4 pillows). There are only 24 tents in the entire camp.
- Meals - Lunch at Keelung Restaurant on Day 1, dinner at Lapopo Village on Day 1, breakfast on Day 2, and lunch at Pingxi.
- Activities - Puzzle-solving activities on Heping Island for groups of 4-6 people, guided tours of the Warm Winter Canyon with crafting activities, and admission to the New Pingxi Museum. Water activities are not included.
- Insurance - NT$5 million travel liability insurance + NT$200,000 medical insurance (NT$2 million accident insurance for those aged 65 and over and under 15, as required by law).
- Administrative expenses - Includes driver and tour leader service fees, itinerary planning services, taxes, administrative expenses, and other miscellaneous expenses.

Cancellations made 41 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 5% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.
Cancellations made 2-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Refunds are not available on the start date of the trip.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
