Spend half a day or a full day exploring the Hanxi Tribe in Yilan, where you'll join the tribe for fishing in the wild streams, a mountain picnic, and a guided tour of the tribe. Guided by Atayal companions, you'll visit the Hanxi Suspension Bridge, the Hanxi Shrine, and the YaTa tribal dining table. This enriching experience is nurtured by history, culture, and natural ecology.

At the foot of Taiping Mountain, surrounded by cliffs, lies a gurgling stream offering a hidden gem for fishing, home to species like mullet and Taiwan snapper. Join experienced fishermen as they explore these hidden streams in the mountains, casting their lines and learning from them. Enjoy a relaxing fishing trip while also balancing ecological balance.

Travel Notes

Half-day tours require a minimum of 6 people, and reservations are only accepted for the afternoon session on Sundays. Full-day tours require a minimum of 10 people, and reservations are only accepted for groups of 20 or more on Saturdays and Sundays.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or unexpected events, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour for safety reasons. In such cases, you can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule the tour at no charge.

Water activities are susceptible to weather conditions. The instructor may modify the itinerary based on changing hydrological conditions or even cancel the tour mid-trip if stream conditions deteriorate. Please refrain from participating if you cannot tolerate unforeseen changes to the itinerary.

To ensure the safety and smooth running of this activity, please follow the instructor's instructions at all times. Failure to comply with instructions may result in the instructor's right to immediately terminate the activity without refund. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents resulting from failure to comply with instructions.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

The cost does not include:

Any expenses not specified in this itinerary, any self-funded expenses or any expenses incurred in connection with the itinerary

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
