"Xiweng" is an Aboriginal word meaning "clouds and mist," and "Shang Xiweng" means "above the clouds and mist." This is a wonderland above the clouds and mist, situated at an altitude of 1,180 meters, covering 6.5 hectares, with flat areas reaching up to 2 hectares. The windless valleys shroud the land with mist year-round, nurturing lush greenery that has nourished the earth for over a century. Surviving numerous natural disasters, this feng shui location is imbued with spiritual energy and a place of tranquility. In this misty wonderland, we have created a retreat tucked away in close proximity to nature, offering guests the ultimate travel experience.

Travel Notes

Price Information - Ai Shang Xi Weng Camping offers two sizes of tents: the Temple Double Tent and the Palace Quad Tent:

• Temple Double Tent: Minimum 2 people, maximum 3 people (1 double bed + 1 single bed)

• Palace Quad Tent: Minimum 4 people, no extra guests allowed.

- Child Rates and Information:

• Infants under 4 years old are free of charge. They do not occupy a bed or meals. Parents are requested to bring their own meals. One person is allowed per tent.

• Children aged 5-12 are charged the child rate, which includes a bed, meals, and a trial class.

• Children aged 13 and above are charged the adult rate. - Meals are arranged as a single tent. Special dietary requirements (vegetarian or those who do not eat pork, beef, or seafood) can be accommodated. Please indicate this in the remarks section when placing your order.

- Pet tents are available within the park. Please indicate this when placing your order and bring your own pet carrier. A NT$2,000 deposit is required on-site for pet tents. A NT$1,000 deposit will be refunded upon check-out upon confirmation of no damages.

• For 2 adults + 1 8-year-old child: Please select the "Temple Double Tent" and book for 2 people and add 1 child.

• For 3 adults + 1 12-year-old child: Please select the "Palace Quad Tent" and book for 3 people and add 1 child.

• For 4 adults + 1 9-year-old child: Please select two "Temple Double Tents" and book one for 2 people and one for 2 people, and add 1 child.
★This page is for booking a single tent type for one night only. If you wish to book multiple tents or multiple nights, please make a separate reservation. Please also complete a passenger list for each tent for safety reasons.

Accommodation Information - Check-in time for Love Xiweng Camping is after 2:00 PM on the day of your stay, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM the following day.
- To maintain a pleasant environment, eating and drinking are prohibited in the tents.
- The tents have limited soundproofing, so please keep your voice down. Please refrain from making excessive noise to avoid disturbing others.
- The park is large, so please always pay attention to the safety of children to prevent them from getting lost.
- To maintain the environment and safety, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. The use of any electrical appliances or gas appliances not provided in the guest rooms is prohibited to prevent any possible danger. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Luggage storage is available. Please bring valuables with you. We are not responsible for any lost items.
- Camping is an outdoor activity, subject to the presence of mosquitoes. It is not recommended for those with poor health (e.g., high blood pressure, epilepsy), pregnant women, or the elderly. Please confirm your medical condition before registering.
- The program and content of the Love Xiweng camping event may be slightly adjusted based on the weather and event conditions. The organizer reserves the right to make adjustments.

Cancellations made between the start date and 14 days prior to the start of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

Cancellations made during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. Cancellations will be refunded, minus a 10% handling fee, or you can choose to reschedule your event without deduction.
