Travel Notes

- This event will be held via Zoom, Google Meet, or other third-party video conferencing services. Therefore, participation requires an internet connection and a streaming device (e.g., mobile phone, tablet, computer, etc.). A working internet connection is required.
- Guests will be notified by email one day prior to the event with the login link and details on how to join.
- The minimum group size is 10, making it suitable for corporate groups. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the event will be cancelled, and a cancellation notice will be sent by email one day before departure.
- Each online video conferencing login link is valid for one device only. If multiple devices are used, please book the number of participants based on the number of devices.
- During the event, if you encounter any connection issues, please raise them in the chat room. Staff will assist in checking and resolving the issue.
- The event will include interactive sessions, which may be delayed due to high engagement. Please allow at least 15 minutes of flexibility.
- Quba reserves the right to make changes to all events.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

Course design and planning fees
Lecturer fees
Teaching assistant fees

The cost does not include:

Personal hardware and internet fees, and other unspecified expenses.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 15 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 8-14 days (including the 8th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to the start of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted for the refund. Alternatively, the event may be rescheduled to a later date, in which case no refund will be made.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
