The beautiful mountain village of Gongliao, nestled against the Pacific Ocean, boasts clear waters and a natural environment. Since the 1960s, it has been a major hub for the artificial cultivation of Jiukong abalone. Li Shengxing, a member of the Top 100 Young Farmers, operates a semi-open marine aquaculture farm, open to the ocean and directly connected to natural seawater. The water in the pond is seawater, constantly pumped into the farm by natural tides and winds. The water is constantly changed, creating a pure and natural experience, just like releasing the abalone into the wild.

Travel Notes

- This activity requires a minimum group size of 8 people. Due to the fishing season, advance reservations are required. If registration is not open on the website, groups of 8 or more are welcome to contact our specialists.
- This activity will include a fisherman's lifestyle experience. It is recommended to bring farm supplies (hat, rain boots, gloves, towel, etc.).
- Mosquitoes are unavoidable in the wild. If you are concerned about mosquito bites, please bring insect repellent or wear light-colored, thin, long-sleeved clothing.
- Please bring your own personal medication (e.g., cold and gastrointestinal medication).
- Please meet on time on the day of the activity. No refunds will be given if a traveler is delayed or unable to meet due to personal reasons.
- Pre-trip instructions and contact information will be announced before departure. Please check your member inbox.
- The itinerary may be adjusted based on the number of people, events, weather conditions, and other factors. The company will not announce this separately.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

- Local artisan guided tour

- Seared Gongliao abalone (2 pieces per person, excluding children under 4 years old)

The cost does not include:

Any expenses not specified in this activity, any self-funded expenses or any expenses incurred in connection with the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
