Known as one of the "Four Treasures of Lanyang," kumquats are said to have been a beloved pastry of ancient Chinese royalty and aristocrats. They are the only citrus fruit eaten with the peel, with 80% of their vitamin C found in the peel! At the organic, ecological kumquat orchard in Jiaoxi, listen to artisans Cai Ge and Jin Gan Jie share kumquat trivia, witness the daily lives of kumquat artisans, and savor their sweet and sour flavor.

Travel Notes

- This is a fruit farmer's experience. It's recommended to bring farm supplies (hats, rain boots, gloves, towels, etc.).
- Please bring your own medication (e.g., cold and stomach medicine).
- Mosquitoes are unavoidable in the wild. If you're concerned about mosquito bites, please bring insect repellent or wear light-colored, thin, long-sleeved clothing.
- This activity is for children under 8 years old. Only administrative and insurance fees apply. Adults are welcome to participate, but organic kumquats will not be provided.
- Due to the farm season, advance reservations are required. Registration is not open on the website. Groups of 12 or more are welcome to inquire.
- Pre-trip information and contact information will be announced before departure. Please check your member inbox.
- The itinerary may be adjusted based on the number of participants, event dates, weather conditions, and other factors. The company will not announce this separately.
- Please meet on time on the day of the activity. No refunds will be given if you are unable to meet up or are delayed due to personal reasons.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

- Local artisan-guided tours

Organic fruit picking experience (each person can take home one pound of organic kumquats)

The cost does not include:

Any expenses not specified in this activity, any self-funded expenses or any expenses incurred in connection with the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
