Come find tea! Experience handmade tea-themed pillows at Yilan's Highlight Tea House.

Led by the tea garden owner, you'll be introduced to the stories of Zhongshan and experience the joy of tea amidst the mountains. You'll also be invited to create your own silk-screened tea story pillow. Using various silk prints, you'll tell the story of Yilan. Learn about the different ways tea leaves are harvested, how they are made into different shapes, and how graded tea leaves can be used in various ways. Choose your favorite pattern and print it on the pillow cover. Place fresh tea leaves in the inner bag to create your own tea story pillow, bringing home the local stories and fragrance of Yilan tea.

▲ Xingyuan Tea Garden
This small tea garden in Dongshan, Yilan, was taken on by seventh-grader Liu Jingyuan after his father's unexpected death. Since then, the young man has gradually transformed the garden into a friendly agriculture, increasing its added value. Recipient of the Council of Agriculture's Highlight Tea House award, the garden has developed various leisure activities and offers guided tours in both Chinese and English, making agriculture more engaging. The garden has also been featured at international travel fairs to promote Taiwanese tea tourism, attracting numerous visitors each year and spreading the word about Taiwan's fine tea.
