Prepare all materials (white paper, pencil, pen) and log in to the online classroom 10 minutes before the class.

Travel Notes

- This experience is a live online video session and does not include transportation. The instructor and guests will meet at home using Google Meet.
- Please bring a smartphone or computer with a microphone and headphones, and ensure a stable internet connection.
- Please log in to your Google account before the session begins. Please keep your camera on throughout the session to participate and speak actively so the instructor can monitor your attendance.
- This experience does not include materials. Please prepare the following materials (most of which can be purchased at regular stationery stores) before the session:

1. No. 01 stylus pen

2. Pencil

3. Paper push pen

4. Blank paper

(If you don't have any, at least one pen and one sheet of paper are required.)
- This experience has a group size limit, with a minimum of 20 participants per session. If the class cannot start due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified three days before the session to reschedule or refund the fee.
- Pre-departure notifications and the Google Meet meeting code and link (or other online video conferencing platform) will be sent via email one day prior to the class start date.
- No refunds will be given for late arrivals or absences.
- Please carefully review the itinerary and these terms and conditions of the event and fully understand and agree to them before registering.
- During the epidemic prevention period, travelers must comply with epidemic prevention policies and stay at home during the experience. Groups are strictly prohibited.
- This experience is also available for corporate groups of up to 20 people, making it an excellent team-building activity during the work-from-home period.

The cost does not include:

Any expenses not specified in this itinerary, any self-funded expenses or any expenses incurred in connection with the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
