Travel Notes

- This event is only available for corporate groups. Please call to inquire with our specialists.
- To ensure that every client's customized plan is met, reservations must be made one month in advance. Further design discussions will be provided after the quote is confirmed. A 50% deposit must be paid within the specified timeframe.
- Artwork size (choose one): 65x53cm/72.5x60.5cm.
- Event times are pre-set and can be adjusted based on the actual availability of each corporate group.
- Event prices include an appearance fee in Taipei and New Taipei City. Prices outside Taipei and New Taipei City will be based on actual availability.
- Semi-custom design services are available for groups of 20 or more, and we can also design game-based activities. Please contact our specialists for a separate quote.
- The actual number of participants must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the event. No-shows within the following percentages will be calculated based on the actual number of attendees. No refunds will be given for no-shows within 30 people. For groups of 31-50 people, two seats can be absent on the day; for groups of 51-100 people, three seats can be absent; for groups of 101-150 people, five seats can be absent.

The cost includes:

- Event appearance fee (only in Taipei and New Taipei City; separate quote for locations outside Taipei and New Taipei City)

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 15 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 8-14 days (including the 8th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to the start of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted for the refund. Alternatively, the event may be rescheduled to a later date, in which case no refund will be made.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
