The cost includes:
- Professional instructor instruction
- Full kayaking equipment: two people per kayak, paddles, life jacket per person, river trekking shoes, helmet
- One waterproof backpack per kayak (no phone bag)
- Magic Carpet experience (including use of swimming ring)
- Instructor accompanying/guarding the team, providing itinerary commentary
- Souvenir photos taken during the trip (no aerial photos)

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made within 3 days prior to the start of the trip will not be refunded.
Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not be refunded.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be made to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
If the Central Weather Bureau issues a high wave forecast, the event will be canceled within 24 hours and a full refund will be issued.
If the weather forecast is favorable but the water conditions on site are clearly unsuitable for diving, the activity will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued, less insurance and administrative fees.
If sea conditions deteriorate midway during the voyage and the voyage is changed or terminated for safety reasons, no refund will be given.
If you wish to change your activity schedule for personal reasons, you must notify us in advance. You may reschedule once. After this rescheduling, no further cancellations or refunds will be granted.
Rescheduling within 3 days of the activity will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If you cancel your participation during the activity due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
