[Hualien Valley Cycling] Qingxiuyuan and Liyutan One-Day Cycling Tour

- This tour is open to participants aged 10 and above and under 65 years old in good health. Minors must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Riders are recommended to be at least 135 cm tall. Riders with asthma, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, knee injuries, or physical limitations are advised not to participate.

- This tour provides a nanny for full-time care during the tour. Riders can take breaks at any time according to their needs, and a cyclist will be assigned to lead the tour throughout the tour. This tour is suitable for first-time cyclists with good physical fitness.
- Passengers agree that any medical expenses resulting from a fall or other injury caused by a bicycle ride will be covered by their insurance. Damage or loss to the bicycle will be the responsibility of the user and not the organizer. Please do not participate if you do not agree.
- Participants are kindly requested to adhere to the planned route and not deviate from it. The organizer assumes no liability for any traffic or accidents resulting from deviations from the planned route; participants are solely responsible for the consequences.
- Pre-trip precautions and contact information will be communicated prior to departure; please check your notifications.
- The itinerary may be adjusted based on the number of participants, events, weather conditions, and other factors without prior notice.
- Please be punctual on the day of departure. No refunds will be given if a participant is separated from the group or cannot be met due to personal reasons.
- This tour is a shared vehicle tour; the vehicle model used will be adjusted based on the number of participants registered for the day of departure.
- Seating will be freely selected on the day of departure. We cannot assist with prior parking arrangements. Please understand that we cannot assist with parking arrangements.
- The bus is a confined space; pets and dangerous items are not allowed on board to avoid affecting the rights and safety of other participants. Thank you for your cooperation.
- If you are unable to board the bus or disembark during a trip due to personal reasons, your trip will be deemed abandoned and no refund or rebooking will be offered.
- If the tour cannot be completed due to insufficient number of participants or if the tour is cancelled due to force majeure, we will notify you before departure and reschedule the trip or refund the fee after deducting necessary expenses.
- Passengers agree that they are solely responsible for any cancellation or postponement costs incurred after ordering and paying for this product.
