Travel Notes

This tour is recommended for children aged 10 and above and adults aged 70 and below.

The snorkeling experience is subject to seasonal weather conditions, with the best months typically being May to October. During intertidal activities, if there are strong waves or rain during the northeast monsoon, a semi-indoor experience with the Amis people's marine life will be arranged.

We recommend wearing sweat-wicking, quick-drying clothing (long sleeves and long pants are preferred). Avoid jeans, cotton, or other absorbent materials.

The activity includes snorkeling equipment (non-prescription mask and snorkel). Those with myopia may bring their own mask or wear disposable contact lenses. However, masks can get wet during snorkeling, so please consider wearing the right one based on your condition.

Do not wear flip-flops or go barefoot. Sandals or waterproof shoes are recommended to avoid cuts due to the presence of hard rocks and rocks on the shore. Non-slip shoes, snorkeling masks, and snorkels will be provided. Those who prefer to share shoes and snorkeling equipment are advised to bring their own.

This tour involves water activities, so splashing is common. A changing area will be provided onsite. Please bring your own plastic bag for wet clothing and a change of clothes afterward.

Safety is paramount in outdoor activities. Instructors may adjust the program based on weather conditions and the participants' physical condition. Participants must comply with the instructor's instructions.

If the activity is postponed or canceled due to weather conditions, further notification will be provided. Refunds may be offered upon request, either for a different date or for cancellation.

Pregnant women and those with medical conditions are advised not to register. If ineligible participants are found on-site, they will not be able to participate.

Please meet on time on the day of the activity. No refunds will be given if participants are unable to meet up or are delayed due to personal reasons.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

- Professional instructor-led dive
- Snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, life jacket, non-slip shoes)
- Insurance

The cost does not include:

Any expenses not specified in this itinerary, any self-funded expenses or any expenses incurred in connection with the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
