[Booking Information]
． For the Yilan Toucheng Waiao Surfing Experience, participants must be 15 years of age or older and under 55 years of age in good health. Minors must be accompanied by their parents at all times. If you have asthma, heart or lung disease, are pregnant, have a knee injury, or are physically challenged, please do not participate.
． When registering, you can choose a surfing instruction plan with a specific instructor-to-student ratio. Instruction time varies depending on the number of participants. If the instructor discovers on-site that the number of participants does not match the number of participants you booked, the instructor reserves the right to cancel the activity.
． If the ocean and wave conditions on the day of the activity are unfavorable (e.g., due to typhoon warnings, storms, or thunderstorms), the instructor will typically notify you 24 hours in advance and the activity can be rescheduled or cancelled with a refund.

[Itinerary Information]
． After the lesson, the surfboard can be used until the end of the day (operating hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

The Yilan Toucheng Wai'ao Surfing Experience Base provides restrooms with room-temperature water for easy washing and changing after the experience.

Please follow the instructor's instructions. If you do not follow the instructor's instructions, the instructor reserves the right to immediately terminate the activity for the safety of both parties and to avoid accidents.

If the weather changes during the Yilan Toucheng Wai'ao Surfing Experience, the instructor may terminate the activity at his discretion. No refund will be given after the experience.

You will definitely get wet during the Yilan Toucheng Wai'ao Surfing Experience. Rain will not affect the activity.

Lifeguards are on duty at the Yilan Toucheng Wai'ao Surfing Experience. If a lifeguard warns you during the activity, please follow their instructions to avoid accidents.

The surfing experience is located on the Yilan coast. Please protect the pristine natural environment together. Do not litter or damage local facilities. We welcome you to contribute to local environmental protection.
