[Booking Instructions]
． The Yuemeikeng Waterfall canyon tracing route is an entry-level canyon trek suitable for the general public, even those with no canyon tracing experience are welcome.
． The Yuemeikeng Waterfall canyon tracing route includes a challenging dive, so participants can decide whether to participate. The instructor reserves the right to decide the activity based on the participant's physical condition on the day.
． After booking, please complete the participant information in the order form, including personal insurance, height, weight, and foot length (barefoot length). Please fill in centimeters to facilitate the preparation of the complete canyon tracing equipment.
． If you are a particularly large or petite participant, please inform customer service in advance.
． After registration, if you need to change your roster, please complete the change three days before the activity date. Changes made after this deadline will not be accepted.
[Group Information]
． Groups of 20 or more can form their own group. Please contact customer service if you require this.
． For the Yuemeikeng Waterfall rafting experience, if the number of participants exceeds 20, we will split the group into smaller groups for safety and environmental reasons. Depending on the difficulty level, one instructor will not lead more than 3-5 people.
[Itinerary Information]
． Lunch will be a hot pot noodle dish. If you have special dietary requirements or are a vegetarian, please indicate this on the participant list and we will provide a separate meal.
． During the Yuemeikeng Waterfall rafting activity, personal belongings may be placed in a shared waterproof bag. Approximately 5-8 participants will share one bag and take turns carrying it during the rafting.
． The instructor will assist in taking photos of the event and make them available for download online. The instructor reserves the right to use these photos for public website, social media, or advertising purposes. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to upload these photos; otherwise, your consent will be deemed to be disclosing your photos.

• Please do not bring your camera into the water if it is not waterproof.

• Pre-trip reminders and contact information will be provided three days before the event; please check your member inbox.

• The company reserves the right to change the event location for safety reasons.

• In the event of weather conditions, the tour will only depart after the operator confirms that the location is safe.

• During the event, please follow the instructor's instructions and respond immediately, seeking assistance from the instructor. The company assumes no responsibility for any unauthorized activities or unsafe conduct.
