- This Heping Island reality game pack is a one-time experience. Each pack is suitable for 2-5 players (ages 15 and up) to better maintain the quality of the game. The pack will not be shipped in advance and must be redeemed at the Heping Island Park ticket office. Once redeemed, it will not be replaced if lost or damaged.
- The game takes approximately 2.5-3 hours. Levels are scattered throughout Heping Island Park, and the distance between levels varies. The game will vary depending on the player's level of participation and the chosen process. There is no fixed time.
- This reality game pack is not a board game; it is a live-action game that requires interaction with a phone and a prop box throughout Keelung Heping Island Park (excluding the rock control area and Alabao Bay). Please be sure to observe the relevant visitor and outdoor pool instructions.
- The reality game pack has no time limit and no reservations are required. We recommend purchasing it in advance and visiting at a convenient time. (The game will not be available on Heping Island Park holidays.) - The date selected when booking is the estimated experience date. The departure time is for reference only; you can still arrange your own time to play the game. To change your experience date, please contact customer service at least three days in advance.
- A pre-departure notification email will be sent three days before your booking date, providing the game manager's phone number. Please contact us if you have any questions during the game.
- Real-life game activities require a mobile device with internet access. Please bring your own. Any damage to your device during the game is the player's responsibility.
- Rain will not affect Bluetooth connectivity, but it is recommended to experience the game in good weather for optimal results.
- The park's operating hours vary between summer and winter, and may be partially or fully closed due to weather and other factors. Please check the Heping Island Park official website for operating conditions before departure.

- The game pack includes admission to Heping Island Park, but does not include the Rock Control Area and Alabao Bay. After the game, players can freely enjoy Heping Island Park's amenities: the saltwater pool, children's wading pool, and artificial beach.

- Afternoon tea vouchers are only valid for use at the Radar Station Cafe in Heping Island Park and cannot be combined with other promotions, exchanged for cash, or resold.
- Afternoon tea vouchers are redeemable for designated items only. Product images are for reference only. No separate invoice will be issued.
