SUP Paddling Experience in Beishixi, Pinglin County, Xinbei | Waterbird Observation and Water Fun

[ Booking Instructions ]
． The Pinglin Beishixi SUP Experience is suitable for participants aged 3 and above. Children aged 3-12 must share a board with an adult.
． The Pinglin Beishixi SUP Experience offers either a single person per board (ages 13 and above) or a two-person per board (weight limit 150 kg per board) depending on physical fitness.
． Please ensure you are in good health. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnant women are not suitable for this experience and should not register.

[ Group Instructions ]
． Each group consists of 6 people. If the group is unable to depart due to insufficient numbers, we will notify you 3 days in advance to reschedule, hold your reservation, or refund your fee.

[ Itinerary Instructions ]
． Pre-trip notices (including instructor contact information, meeting time, and location) will be sent to your email address 2-3 days before departure. After registration, we will primarily contact you via email, so please be sure to check for them.

The meeting time may be adjusted up or down by half an hour due to seasonal factors, number of participants, and service quality. Please refer to the pre-trip notice and follow the meeting time stated in the notice.

The Pinglin Beishixi SUP paddling route will depend on weather conditions and may involve paddling upstream or downstream, returning to the starting point.

Pet-friendly (small and medium-sized dogs only, fee applies), one per board. Please ensure your pet is water-resistant and bring your own life jacket; those without a life jacket will not be permitted to participate.

As this is an outdoor activity, to protect the natural environment, changing tents will be provided after the activity.

If a Pinglin Beishi River SUP activity has already begun, pre-trip training has been completed, and the group has already departed, but a passenger is unable to participate or is absent due to delays in meeting up, no refund will be given.

The Pinglin Beishi River SUP activity schedule is subject to adjustment based on participant availability, facility conditions, and weather conditions, with safety and overall quality as the highest priority.

If weather or water conditions are inadequate during the Pinglin Beishi River SUP experience, please follow the instructions of the instructor and group leader.

If the Pinglin Beishi River SUP activity is delayed due to sudden weather changes, safety concerns, or personal reasons, no refund will be given.

If the instructor determines on the day of the activity that sea conditions are unsuitable or safety concerns are unacceptable, the activity will be canceled. A refund will be made after deducting a portion of personnel and administrative insurance fees of NT$100 per person.
