The North Delman Mountain Giant Tree Trail hiking tour fee does not include lunch (please bring your own), any other expenses not specified in the itinerary, any expenses at your own expense, or any expenses incurred by the itinerary.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of the trip will incur a 5% handling fee.
Cancellations made between 0 and 6 days before the start of the trip are not eligible for a refund.
If the activity is affected by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes; poor sea conditions or road conditions; travel bans or city or mountain closures due to escalating pandemics), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the trip. The tour may be postponed once free of charge, or the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting 5% of the total tour fee for necessary fees and administrative expenses.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If a participant withdraws from the activity due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
