Travel Notes

Activity Description - Puli Bike Tour: 11 kilometers, with gentle slopes and occasional downhill sections. Duration: approximately 3.5-4 hours.
- This tour is an outdoor activity. We recommend wearing comfortable and comfortable shoes. Please also wear sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and stay hydrated.
- The itinerary may be adjusted based on the season, local shops, and event availability.
- The route will pass through urban areas and intersections with heavy traffic. Please consider whether to allow children to ride independently. The tour guide will arrange the riding order for the safety of children. Parents are also requested to monitor their children's riding habits.
- If the outdoor activity cannot be carried out due to a heavy rain warning issued by the Meteorological Bureau 2 hours before the event, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the cost of handling and food.

- Unexplained failure to show up or leaving the event for unforeseen reasons will be deemed as voluntary withdrawal and no refund will be given.

Equipment Instructions - Tandem bicycles will not be provided on site, and double-loading of bicycles is prohibited. Please ensure that all participants in the Puli Bike Tour are bicycle-savvy and at least 145 cm tall.
- Children under 3 years old, weighing 15 kg, or under 90 cm tall may be fitted with a child seat (NT$300 per person).
- Children aged 3 years old, weighing 15 kg, and over 90 cm but under 145 cm tall can enjoy a NT$100 discount per person if they provide their own bicycle and helmet. Please ensure you select the number of adults when ordering and indicate the number of bicycles you will be providing in the additional purchase section to facilitate refund processing.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made up to 4 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 3rd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made up to 1 day (including the 1st day) before the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
