Registration Instructions
． The age limit for this Hehuan Mountain North Peak sunrise tour is 12 years old to 65 years old. Minors must be accompanied by their parents at all times.
． Accommodation will be primarily at Cingjing Spring Land Resort or similar B&Bs. Room type (double/quad) will be assigned based on the number of registered guests. If you have a group of travelers registering separately, please inform customer service so they can arrange separate rooms.
． Individuals registering alone will be shared with other single travelers (gender separate).
． Please be sure to fill in the participant list during booking. Emergency contact information is required, and this person cannot be a fellow traveler.
． A LINE group will be established the week of departure for easy communication. Please stay tuned for text messages or email notifications.
． One-third of Taiwan's days rain, and the outdoor environment is inherently changeable. Rain is therefore normal, so raincoats and rain pants are essential hiking gear. Participants agree not to cancel the trip due to rain. No refunds will be given if cancellations are made.
．Participants of this Hehuan Mountain North Peak sunrise tour should carefully assess their physical fitness and health. Trekking over 3,000 meters above sea level, where oxygen levels are only 60% of those on the plains, may lead to altitude sickness. Please do not register if you have the following: poor physical fitness, have had surgery within the past six months, have asthma, a history of cardiovascular disease, fear of heights, are pregnant, or have other health conditions that could pose a risk.

Trip Notice
． This Hehuan Mountain North Peak sunrise tour will meet at Taipei Main Station's West Third Gate, or you can choose to meet at Hsinchu High Speed Rail Station at 8:00 AM for pickup. Return drop-off will be at the original pickup location. Please fill in the "Meeting Location" in your reservation details for arrangement.

· Please arrive on time for the tour. Late arrivals will be deemed as forfeiture and no refund will be given.

· This Hehuan Mountain North Peak sunrise tour does not include meals. Please prepare your own lunchtime sustenance (e.g., bread, dried meat, digestive biscuits, bacon, etc.) to suit your preferences, making it easy to carry and consume directly, or purchase meals at restaurants along the way.
· Participants are required to bring their own two-piece raincoats and wear hiking boots or sneakers. The tour instructor or guide reserves the right to refuse to lead if the equipment is incomplete, and no refund will be given.

· The itinerary for this Hehuan Mountain North Peak sunrise tour may be adjusted by the guide or leader based on group availability, weather conditions, and other factors.

The tour is located in an alpine environment. Littering, fruit peels, and kitchen waste are strictly prohibited. Please respect the beautiful mountain forest and place your own trash in a trash bag and bring it down the mountain.

Please pay attention to safety during the tour and follow the instructions of the tour leader or guide. Unauthorized risk-taking and leaving the group are strictly prohibited. If a participant suffers injury or death due to personal negligence (such as a slip, separation from the group, or concealing a medical condition), the participant is fully responsible for their actions and the consequences, and is responsible for their own personal belongings (including personal belongings). Participants who withdraw due to personal reasons (such as unexpected events, physical exhaustion, or altitude sickness) will be responsible for all expenses (such as food, accommodation, and transportation) and will not be eligible for refunds for any uncompleted activities. In the event of force majeure before or on the day of the trip, the guide reserves the right to change the itinerary and refund the tour fee after deducting necessary expenses.
