The cost includes:
- Hualien Surfing Experience. Professional instructor (1:5 instructor-student ratio)
- Hualien Surfing Experience. Surfing Lessons
- Hualien Surfing Experience. Surfboard equipment usage (does not include surfing jackets or wetsuits)
- Hualien Surfing Experience. Insurance (Public Liability Insurance - Personal Injury NT$3 million)

This itinerary does not include any unspecified expenses such as surfing rash guards or cold weather clothing (optional), any self-paid expenses, or any other expenses incurred in connection with the itinerary.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to the start of the trip (inclusive) will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the start of the trip will not receive a refund.
If the activity is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.) before departure, the organizer will determine whether to cancel the activity. The participant will be offered the option of rescheduling or a full refund.

If you need to change the event schedule (date/session) due to personal reasons, you are limited to one change and please notify us in advance (last-minute changes will not be accepted more than 3 days before the event). No rescheduling or cancellation will be accepted after the schedule change, and no refunds will be given.
If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refunds will be given.
