[ Booking Instructions ]
． This activity is suitable for ages 12 and older with long-distance mountain climbing experience. Minors aged 12-18 must be accompanied by a parent.
． This trip is not a typical suburban mountain route, but rather a Xiaobaiyue (Little Hundred Peaks) climb. We recommend practicing beforehand to ensure physical fitness.
． Please ensure you are in good health. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnancy, who are unsuitable for this experience, should not sign up. Please disclose any special or chronic medical conditions so we can assess your suitability for the climb and avoid any potential dangers.
[ Group Instructions ]
． Each group must consist of at least 6 people. Group formation must be confirmed at least 15 days in advance, and a Line group must be established to discuss preparations. We can discuss and answer any questions (e.g., pre-trip instructions, equipment inspection and organization, food planning, and emergency response during the climb).
[Trip Notice]
． During the trip, you must carry your own personal equipment up the mountain and bring your own lunch. The group leader will bring all shared utensils and cooking utensils up the mountain.
． This trip will involve overnight accommodation in the shared bunk beds at the Our Lady Mountain Lodge, sharing accommodations with fellow hikers. The accommodations are clean, warm, and simple. Sleeping bags will be provided, but you will need to carry them yourself when hiking up the mountain.
． Sleeping mats are available at the lodge, so you don't need to bring your own. However, no toilet facilities are provided. If you object, please do not register.
． Event-related images, including photos and videos, may be used for promotional purposes by the company and its partner platforms. If you object to such use, please notify the company via email or official communication.
． Whether or not you can see the sunrise is beyond the organizer's control, as is the weather during the event. If the weather changes, the event will proceed as a rainy day event, and this cannot be used as a reason for a refund or partial refund.
． The climbing itinerary may be adjusted based on participant availability, facility conditions, and weather conditions, with team safety and overall quality of experience as top priority. Please adhere to the instructions of the instructor and team leader. Unauthorized risk-taking and leaving the team are strictly prohibited.

• If any situation arises during the climb that is within the scope of professional care, it will be handled by the team leader and instructor. The emergency contact will be contacted immediately and the situation will be reported to the emergency contact as soon as possible.

• Rainy Day Plan: If the rain is light, please wear a raincoat and continue the activity, taking extra precautions. If the rain intensifies, the activity will be adjusted.
