Travel Notes

- This Taitung Daylily Flower Charter provides a professional, licensed guide who provides onboard commentary and attentive service throughout the tour.
- This Taitung Daylily Flower Charter is a transportation-only service and does not include meals, attractions, or other experiences. Lunch is recommended at Qingtian Farm, where you can enjoy a daylily meal at your own expense.
- This Taitung Daylily Flower Charter offers a nine-seater vehicle (suitable for 1-8 people), excluding the driver and large luggage. Children and infants require a seat. Please select the correct number of passengers when booking to facilitate vehicle dispatch and insurance arrangements.
- After booking, please enter your "pickup location" and "dropoff location" in the participant information section. Please ensure you provide the full name or address of each location for easy arrangement.
- After completing your Taitung Daylily Flower Charter, you will be returned to the original pickup location. If you require a different location, please inform customer service after booking. We will adjust the itinerary based on the distance. Last-minute requests will not be accommodated.
- If you have questions about alternative pickup locations, please contact customer service.
- This is a 9-hour vehicle rental fee. Any overtime exceeding 9 hours will be charged separately and can be paid directly to the driver on-site.
- During Taitung's daylily flower season, weather and other factors are beyond our control, and the charter itinerary may be adjusted based on the day's conditions.
- This Taitung daylily flower charter itinerary may be adjusted by the driver based on factors such as the number of people, events, or weather conditions. The company will not announce this separately.
- Pre-trip precautions and contact information will be notified at least one day prior to departure. Please check your member inbox.
- Please meet on time on the day of the activity. No refunds will be given if a passenger is separated from the group or cannot meet due to personal reasons.

This Taitung Daylily charter only provides transportation services and does not include meals, attraction tickets, activities, or any other expenses incurred by the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days (including the 10th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-9 days (including the 7th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 60% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 2nd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 70% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day before the start of the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the start day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your event, in which case no payment will be deducted.

If a request to reschedule is made due to personal reasons, it will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
