- This itinerary provides only transportation for a one-day chartered tour of Taipei's Taoyuan Valley and Old Caoling. Attractions, meals, bicycle rental, and other fees are not included.
- A professional, licensed driver and guide will provide attentive service throughout the entire trip.
- A 9-seater vehicle is recommended for a maximum of 8 passengers (excluding the driver and any large luggage). Please select the correct number of passengers when booking to facilitate vehicle dispatch and insurance arrangements.
- The Taoyuan Valley and Old Caoling chartered vehicle can arrange pickup and drop-off at Taipei Main Station or designated locations in downtown Taipei.
- After booking, please enter the "Pick-up Location" and "Drop-off Location" in the participant information section of your reservation. Please ensure you provide the full name or address of the location for easy arrangement.
- If you have any questions about other pickup and drop-off locations, please contact customer service.
- This Taipei Taoyuan Valley and Old Caoling chartered vehicle itinerary may be adjusted by the driver based on factors such as the number of passengers, events, or weather conditions. The company will not announce this change separately.
- Pre-trip instructions and contact information will be announced three days prior to departure. Please check your member inbox.
- Please arrive on time on the day of the tour. No refunds will be given if you are unable to meet up or are separated from the group due to personal reasons.

This Taipei Taoyuan Valley Jiucaoling car charter fee only includes the car fare. It does not include attractions (Jiucaoling bicycle rental, Jiaoxi hot spring fish experience, etc.), meals, any expenses not specified in the itinerary, any self-funded expenses, or any expenses incurred by the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 41 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 5% handling fee.

Cancellations made 31-40 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Refunds are not available on the start date of the trip.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
